Our Staff
Our staff members come from a diverse background of psychology, counseling, teaching, administration, mentors and other human service related fields.
Many staff have a personal connection to working with young adults on the autism spectrum or with learning differences. Our staff understands the unique strengths and challenges that each student can possess.
The CIP staff is certified or trained through collaboration with Elms College’s cutting-edge curriculum including areas such as pragmatic language for social communication, executive functioning and sensory integration techniques.
National Office
CIP’s National Offices are located in Massachusetts and support staff across the country through training and development programs and national admissions and financial offices, which process paperwork and assist families so that CIP center staff are more available to fully support students and meet their programming needs.
